Is delivery free in Israël?
Delivery is free from 300nis of purchase on all orders in metropolitan France. Delivery between 3 and 4 working days for products in stock.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver all over the world. For deliveries outside the EEC zone customs fees/taxes may be applied on import. These costs are to be paid by the customer.
Is it possible to be delivered to a relay point?
Yes, you can be delivered to a Colissimo relay point. Once your order has been validated you can choose the relay point of your choice.
Is it possible to have delivery in store?
Unfortunately, this option is not possible.
Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, no exchange is possible. If the size of the product does not suit you, you will have to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Discounted products are neither exchangeable not refundable.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you have up to 15 days after receipt of your product to request a refund. You will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the products.

How do I make a return?
In Israël: returns are charged at 20nis.
Abroad: returns are also possible and are at the customer's expense.
Products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged.

What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and also American Express. You can also finalize your order with PayPal or Apple Pay.

When is my bank account debited for my order?
You are debited at the time you place your order.
How long does it take to ship my order?
If the product is in stock: 3 to 4 working days. If the product is not immediately in stock the delay can be longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
Do I have to create a customer account to order?
No, it's not a requirement. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history faster, edit your addresses and track your package online. You will also be notified when new products and exceptional events are released.
How often do you send newsletters?
We send out an average of two newsletters per week. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. These newsletters are sent out to present new products and announce important events.
