DELIVERY AND RETURNS
COVID-19: Due to the current health situation, delivery times are indicative. The national and international postal services are not able to guarantee it 100%.
We do not make any exchanges, only returns with reimbursement once the items have been received.
Returns are possible up to 15 working days after receipt of the items by the customer.
Returns are only accepted for unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. Items must be returned in their packaging with their label.
Products discounted during Hotdeals or Outlet operations are neither exchangeable not refundable.
Refunds are then made within 14 days of receipt of the items in our stores.
